Terms of Sale for Digital Images

Definitions "Digital Image(s)" refers to the digital photographic, artistic, or graphic work(s) provided by the Seller. "Seller" refers to the creator and copyright holder of the Digital Image(s). "Buyer" refers to the individual or entity purchasing the Digital Image(s).

License Grant Upon receipt of full payment, the Seller grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the Digital Image(s) for the purposes specified in the invoice or order confirmation.

Restrictions The Buyer is not permitted to: a. Sell, rent, or sublicense the Digital Image(s) to any third parties. b. Use the Digital Image(s) in any manner that infringes on the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or privacy rights. c. Alter, modify, or create derivative works from the Digital Image(s) without the express written consent of the Seller.

Copyright The Seller retains all copyright and intellectual property rights in the Digital Image(s). Any unauthorized use of the Digital Image(s) is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Payment The Buyer agrees to pay the Seller the specified amount in the invoice or order confirmation. Payment must be made in full before the Digital Image(s) can be accessed or used by the Buyer.
Refunds and Cancellations All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted.

Liability The Seller shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use or inability to use the Digital Image(s).

Governing Law This Terms of Sale agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Seller resides. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, or by filing a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction.

By purchasing the Digital Image(s), the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Sale.
